How to Order
We are appreciated to accept your order via:

Minimum Order:
The minimum Order is US$ 200.-
In Case you order less than 200 US$ you must pay for Handling, Phytosanitary Certificate and/or CITES Certificate about 30 to 40 US$ per Shipment.
When placing an order please give us the following information:
Name, full adress, zip code, phone&fax number, E-Mail
Destination Airport.
When we recive your order, we will check the stock and calculate the coasts for shipment and confirm you again.
As soon as we got your finalized confirmation for the order we will send a proforma invoice with our Bank Information to you.
You can Fax or Mail us the Bankslip and then we will ship your plants.
Plants/Seeds are Shipped prepayd only.
With the shipment we will provide you the following Documents:
Invoice
Packing List
Airwaybill
Phytosanitary Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)
and/or CITES Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)
Import Permit:
In case you need an Import Permit, please inform us in advance.
Complaints:
Complaints concerning the Quality of the plants must be reported
by E- Mail within 24 Hours after arrival at the destination Airport.
Please provide Specifics and Fotos.
